Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mobility Support Center website at mobilitysupportcenter.com and the wireless bill audit services provided by The Cheung Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Mobility Support Center provides an AI-powered wireless bill audit service that analyzes your business wireless bills to identify potential savings opportunities, unused lines, unnecessary add-ons, and billing discrepancies. Our analysis is advisory in nature. We do not guarantee specific savings amounts, and actual savings will depend on your carrier, plan, and willingness to implement our recommendations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to submit wireless billing documents on behalf of yourself or your business. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

Some features of the Service require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Fees and Payment

Certain audit services are subject to fees based on the number of wireless lines on the bill being analyzed, as described on our Pricing page. All fees are stated in US dollars and are due at the time of service.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your payment method. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.

Free Tier

Bills with 1–5 wireless lines are analyzed at no charge.

Pay-Per-Scan

Bills with 6 or more lines are subject to a per-scan fee based on line count. Current pricing is available at mobilitysupportcenter.com/pricing. Pricing is subject to change with notice posted to the website.

5. Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our analysis. Our refund policy is as follows:

Full Refund — Analysis Failure

If our system is unable to process your bill and no audit report is delivered, you will receive a full refund of the scan fee within 5–10 business days.

No Refund — Completed Reports

Once an audit report has been successfully generated and delivered, the scan fee is non-refundable. This applies regardless of whether you agree with the recommendations or implement the suggested changes.

6. Your Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree that you will:

  • Only upload wireless bills that you are authorized to share (your own business account or accounts for which you have explicit authorization)
  • Provide accurate contact and business information
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the Service
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
  • Not upload files containing malware, viruses, or other harmful code

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology comprising the Service — including our AI analysis engine, report templates, and website design — are owned by The Cheung Group LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our proprietary technology without our express written permission. Your audit reports are provided for your internal business use only.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CHEUNG GROUP LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our audit analysis will be error-free, complete, or that the savings opportunities identified will be achievable in your specific circumstances. Carrier plans, promotions, and pricing change frequently, and our analysis reflects information available at the time of the audit.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE CHEUNG GROUP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Cheung Group LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which The Cheung Group LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending an email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
