When you submit a bill audit, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), wireless carrier, and the wireless bill document you upload. When you make a payment, your payment information is processed directly by Stripe, Inc. — we do not store your full card number, CVV, or expiration date on our servers.
The wireless bill files you upload may contain sensitive information including account numbers, phone numbers, usage data, and itemized charges. We use this data solely to perform the audit analysis you requested. We do not sell, rent, or share your bill data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Service Providers

Upon verified request, we will delete your personal data and bill documents within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including TLS/SSL encryption for data in transit, encrypted storage for uploaded bill files, and access controls limiting who can view your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
