Privacy Policy

Effective Date: March 7, 2026

Mobility Support Center ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by The Cheung Group LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our website at mobilitysupportcenter.com and our wireless bill audit service (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us and information generated through your use of the Service.

Information You Provide

When you submit a bill audit, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), wireless carrier, and the wireless bill document you upload. When you make a payment, your payment information is processed directly by Stripe, Inc. — we do not store your full card number, CVV, or expiration date on our servers.

Bill Documents

The wireless bill files you upload may contain sensitive information including account numbers, phone numbers, usage data, and itemized charges. We use this data solely to perform the audit analysis you requested. We do not sell, rent, or share your bill data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited. This information is used to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Perform the wireless bill audit analysis you requested
  • Deliver your audit report via email and through the Service
  • Process payments and manage your account
  • Send transactional emails related to your audit (confirmation, results, follow-up)
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
  • Improve the accuracy and quality of our AI analysis models
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

We do not use your bill data to train general-purpose AI models or share it with advertising networks.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with the following categories of third parties only as necessary to provide the Service:

Service Providers

We use trusted third-party vendors to operate the Service, including cloud hosting providers (for data storage and computing), Stripe (for payment processing), and Resend (for transactional email delivery). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it to provide services to us.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of The Cheung Group LLC, our users, or the public.

4. Data Retention

We retain your audit data — including uploaded bill files and analysis results — for up to 24 months from the date of your last audit to allow you to access your reports and audit history. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon verified request, we will delete your personal data and bill documents within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including TLS/SSL encryption for data in transit, encrypted storage for uploaded bill files, and access controls limiting who can view your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to protecting your information using commercially reasonable means.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze how the Service is used. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, but doing so may affect the functionality of the Service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell your browsing data to advertisers.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data, the right to restrict or object to certain processing, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected].

If you are a resident of California, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
